5-8 years old

Kids in this age group need to focus on coordination and FUN more than anything else. It's hard to keep the attention of a 6-year old if he/she isn't actively engaged in something they want to be doing, so we will be doing short, focused exercises that will keep their attention while learning basic skills. This class will be for the younger kids as a format for fun while also working on improving their general coordination skills. Agility and conditioning naturally come from working on these skills. We will be starting slow and have some simple fitness style games to play during the class.

Time: Tuesday and Thursday - 5:30pm

KidsFit

9-13 years old

Kids in this age group can start to mentally and physically handle increased workloads during training sessions. Your child can expect to go through some more advanced speed and agility training where we focus on technique and form. Once a child has demonstrated mastery of a technique (like a no-weight squat), and only when they've showed mastery, will we slowly begin introducing weighted movements to their training. This will prepare them for the advanced and heavier workloads they might expect to see in high school-aged training programs.

Time: Monday and Wednesday - 5:30pm

Cost: $50/month
