Scott Mehring

ScottWorkout

Scott Mehring hails from Red Bud, IL and has been involved in sports and coaching his entire life. As a 3-sport athlete in High School, he went on to excel on the football field at the collegiate level, earning All-American honors his Junior and Senior years. After his football career was over, he quite frankly spent the next 10 years getting fat and out of shape. Ask him, he’ll tell you the same thing. At the age of 31, weighing in at 320 lbs. he decided to change his life. He started eating properly and exercising. Over the course of 4 years, he lost 100 lbs. and got into the best shape of his life, including his years as a football player.

Now he brings that passion for fitness and nutrition to Dominate Sports Performance. His coaching style is simultaneously supportive and intense. He wants to enable anyone who has a dream of playing at the next level to do so. He also helps kids get involved in fitness and physical activity by showing them that fitness can be fun and not “all work and no play.”
